Just call me Popeye!

I had my surgery on my nose yesterday. Cancer removed.  Nose repaired.  All is good in the neighborhood...

Well except for the swelling that has my right eye almost closed giving me the Popeye look, which isn't exactly what I was going for. Hey maybe some of that spinach will do the trick for some super healing.

Yay!! This is a good news!! Happy to hear that all went well ;) I'm sure the swelling will be gone soon, most important is that it went well and it's gone :D

(((Rosie)))

Oh, I have been wondering and worrying (I have the mom-thing going on, you know). So glad it's gone!!!

And don't worry about the eye, it'll be down in no time, no time at all!

Can I send the cookies now?

Lb, man o'live you make me consider posting pictures myself before they get "out there".

Wen, oh you'll see me this weekend alright. I'm back at work today. Of course you'll have to overlook the gift wrapped nose. Sorry, but my "popeye eye" is almost all gone.

Nathie, yes, it's always a win when things go as expected.

TM, all prayers most appreciatively welcome! Yikes! Something to keep in mind. Junior might be looking over your shoulder when you visit my page. I'll try to throw some super heroes in from time to time. ;)

Thanks Rowena. I'm looking forward to seeing you this weekend.

Sula, tasty spinach dish and it was cooked? I don't hate spinach, but I am particular about how it's cooked. Not mushy? Inquiring minds want to know.

Cindy, yes. Bye-bye. All gone. This procedure was more invasive, but you have 97% cure rate. I go with the odds every time.

My dear, dear, AL, YES! Send the cookies. What's a few calories when you have 60 stitches in your nose?

Oh and I completely understand the Mom thing. I get that way too. We can't help it.

Tracy, it looks worse than it feels. I'm just glad it's behind me.
