A big family, a reading addiction, and the occasional celebrity scandal are the ingredients of life that create one woman's opinion on just about everything.

Been shopping...

Yesterday was a big book release day for me. Suzanne Brockmann and Susan Elizabeth both had releases out. Throw in Madeline Hunter, Diane Whiteside with a dash of Elizabeth Thornton and you pretty much sum up my trip to the bookstore. Of course it doesn't hurt that I conned GG into dinner too. Nice. Very, very, nice.

Ooooohhhh! Music (yesterday's topic) I can't discuss, but books! LOL :)

I'm not the only one who scored at the bookstore ;)

I'm trying to get my hand on the Madeline Hunter... Didn't read her last two books, but I'm very curious about the Earl of Eastbrook :)

Not only did I not call you - I didn't make it to the bookstore either! Ha! I suck. I forgot my Borders bucks so didn't go. Tonight I'll go AND call. Stop laughin, yes I will! :)

Oh yes!! I am so dying to get the new Diane Whiteside (her Devil series sooo rocks!) and the Elizabeth Thornton. Of course, waiting on the Brockmann from the library. With baited breath.

Nath, I don't post music to discuss it per se. I posted Joni Mitchell because that particular album has been in my brain for a week. I love the title song a lot. That's the first one of the three in the post if you are interested.

Tracy, well, a couple of days have gone by... Did you make it to the bookstore?

Mary, I've already finished the SEP (it was good) and am now reading the Brockmann. Hooked in again! What you should really be jealous of is the visitors I have this weekend. Heh.

Lori, I've enjoyed the Devil series too. Have you tried the vamp series? I couldn't get into it and was wondering if I should give it another try.

I guess it wasn't really 'discuss' but 'comment' that I meant LOL :)

I've never read Elizabeth Thornton but that cover!! I just want a dress like that to wear one time. And the body to go with ;)

I have books I bought that I should post. Bad Cindy.
