Knit One, Perl Two
I'm getting my stitches removed this morning. I'm a teeny tiny bit anxious. *gulp* On the other hand I've got Sirantha Jax to keep me company. Now there's a woman with cojones. Maybe a leather jacket and some steel toed boots would be just the ticket for my nervousness.

Yippeee! Bye-bye stitches!
Good luck!
I've got some Jax also :D
Yay, I'm glad that you're getting your stitches out. I get weak in the knees (not in a good way) when people talk about needles, blood and getting their stitches out.
My thoughts are with you sweetie!
I just read how you have 60 stitches and all I can think is HOLY COW!! I hope it's a breeze to get them out and that you'll be right as rain by the end of the day.
Hope the book kept you great company ;)

Wen, all done! It looks way better than I expected it to.
Kb, I've been carrying my book around all week trying to finish it. So close to the end now.
Rowena, so sewing stitches next to your eye and on your nose while under just a local wouldn't be good for you? *vbg* I wasn't wild about it myself, but it's O-V-E-R!
Cindy, boy oh boy but a good book is worth MY weight in gold for distracting me. Sirantha etal did a great job this morning. Stitches all gone!
I think we owe Ann lunch next year, R. I'm glad you had her book to keep you company.
Thank GOODNESS the stitches are gone!
good luck, I'm sure everything will be fine
oooh I feel faint jus thinking about it. Good luck!
How are you feeling, Rosie! Hope it went well and it looks good :D
You're a very courageous woman, I don't have to worry about that :D
Lb, we owe Ann lunch and then some. Let's plot and plan shall we?
TM, thanks.
Giselle, it went way better than I was expecting. It's amazing what you can do when you know you have no choice.
Nathie, I'm not the courageous, truly. I had another nightmarish stitch removing experience several years ago and was worried it could happen again. Thankfully this was smooth sailing.
