Give it to me straight...
Normally in the final months leading up to the RWA conference, I look at my RWA cheat sheet where I list authors that my blogger pals like and for whom I might try to get a signed book by that author. Well that has been a bit of a bust this year since I haven't been around bloglandia all that much the past six months.
So here it is. Just drop in and comment and tell me. If you could get a signed book by just one author, who would it be? You never know. You might get a surprise in the mail when I return from RWA.
If you're curious. Here's the list of authors attending the conference this year.

Oh boy that's a hard one! I'd LOVE Suzanne Brockmann's autograph, but I know her line will be uber long. So I'm gonna give you a few others and you can find the shortest line. lol I'm a giver, aren't I? :) So if Suze is too busy you can go for Ava Gray, Julie James or Shana Abe.
You're the best, my friend!
Tracy, you are on the list...4 times. ;) No worries. I'll do what I can do. One never knows what's going to happen at RWA.
Oh, you are so sweet, Rosie! I SO treasure my Carolyn Jewel and Meredith Duran from last year!
I'm with Tracy on the Brockmann, however, here are a couple of other authors I'd LOVE to get: Elizabeth Hoyt or Jill Shalvis or Nalini Singh.
Have a wonderful time! Give lots of hugs from me to the other bloggers you'll be seeing, and a big one for Lisabea. And, a big one to you, too! :-)
Renee, two weeks and counting. I'm glad a couple of our SoCal authors are going to be there. We get to go give them a boost and some cheer. Now that I've read one of Sabrina Darby's steamy books I'm going to get her to autograph it!
Oh, and I have you on the list and will see what I can do.
Yay!!!!
Will see you in two weeks! *happy dancing*
LOL, you're so awesome, Rosie! I need a bit more time to study that list, but I'll give it to you straight this time!
AL, once RWA was moved to Florida I was hoping you'd be there. BTW, I keep forgetting to mention the book dedication. Lucky ducky. That's just awesome. See you at the blogger get-together and I'll buy you a drink.
Okay, Nathie, but be gentle with me.
You are so sweet! I loved the book you brought back for me last year :)
Like Tracy, I'd love Suz's new book, but the line? Yeah. Ouch. So I'll stick with Jill Shalvis' new Blaze (or if her single title is out - love it!) or Elizabeth Hoyt's newest.
Once again - you are the sweetest ever!
Lori, I know Brockmann's new book is out on the 27th and I am hoping like hell they have it at the Literacy signing. Year 1 I braved Nora Roberts line, last year it was Linda Howard, this year it's Brockmann. Although I have a short attention span and aching feet and she tends to chat each person up and that's how I left her line last year. You and Renee both listed Elizabeth Hoyt. I really want to stop at her table this year too.
It's RWA bay-bee, anything can happen.
LOL, no worries, Rosie :) The good news for you is that I've met many authors by going at RT this year LOL. But seriously, with the authors I've met this year and all the books you got me in the previous year... there aren't many authors remaining on my list :P
You're so cool Rosie. I still treasure the books you got me. :P
~ames~ c'mon girl give me a clue... What do you think???
